A. Not right now, Psychostick is touring.

A. As soon as we know we'll post a release date. We've got to iron out some stuff with artwork first.

Q. Is Psychostick breaking up?

A. No. Although Psychostick is composed of the same lineup as Evacuate Chicago, that doesn't mean it is being replaced. Think of it as heaven and hell, you must have one to have the other, or something like that. No, Psychostick is not breaking up, so stop asking.

Q. Did you change your band name?

A. Yes. We were initially called Reconnect. Now we are Evacuate Chicago.

Q. Are you guys all serious/angry/depressed all the time now?

A. Let's not be ridiculous. You can't listen to Meshuggah every day. You can't eat hot dogs every day. You can't be fucking happy every day. We have our own issues we need to deal with, just like everyone else. This band is our choice of how to do it.

Q. When did you start the band?

A. The beginning of 2004.

Q. When did you record the demo for Deny?

A. Mid 2004.

Q. Who is the song Deny about?

A. I had two of my friends in mind when I wrote it, and they were both going through really hard break ups at the time. No names though, sorry.
